Trade Booth Design & Ancillary Events

Client wanted to ensure they were seen and heard at one of the largest Construction Expos in the world. Working 1.5 years in advance, we secured prime booth locations inside and outside to engage customers and prospects during the week long event. We designed and produced the event end-to-end.

• Oversaw custom design and production of a 20x20 trade show booth and branded beer garden, complete with VIP meeting space

• Produced swag and marketing material displayed through the convention center

• Ancillary events included whiskey tasting in a Penthouse suite and VIP customer dinner

• Managed all components and staff over the course of the week
